1. My pixel 3 lost the ability to charge through the usb port until I uninstalled songtree.Sadly the app stops every time i try to start it.. i use n-track 9 and adore it and songtree works within that.. could there be a conflict in having both apps on the phone ?It really does not work it doesn't allow you to change your profile picture and it crashed Everytime I tried I tried logging out and back in multiple times and still doesn't workAfter a lot of recording effort, the app keeps closing every time I choose login (even with Facebook, Google account or mail), I can not share or save my voice recoring as a consequence.

2. Editing this review..I found the app works ok allowing for crashes..no detailed instructions..can't export audio..can't split/copy audio..the crashes led me to give a scathing initial review, but once i got over that, it works.I love Songtree but the app has multipul problems.

3. First it wouldn't let me login to my account and it kept crashing everytime I tried.

4. Biggest concern is that my phone caught this app using the audio on the background when the app wasn't open.

5. Second, after I downloaded the app my laptop suddenly stopped charging and wouldn't charge untill I uninstalled it.

6. Like I said I love songtree and it's great as long as your on the internet but the app need a lot of work.This was fun to use.

7. A bit glitchy on motorola phone, interface could be better optimised for phone screens.

1. Fix Songtree Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Songtree: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Songtree App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Songtree" » Open Songtree - Sing, Jam & Record » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Songtree » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Songtree - Sing, Jam & Record app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Songtree servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Songtree - Sing, Jam & Record" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Songtree app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Songtree might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Songtree. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Songtree then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Songtree not working

2. Fix Songtree Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Songtree be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Songtree not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Songtree may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
