I deleted my account some days ago because I had some bad experiences with scammers. Today I wanted to create a new account because I changed my mind. Now it says that my account was banned. Can't I open a new account after I have deleted one?

I have been using the Meef app for about 3 years and have had multiple memberships. I enjoyed the app very much and had a great opportunity to study languages. I have deleted my own Meeff account a week ago but decided to create a new one twice. But during the confirmation of my new account, my account immediately gets banned for no reason. I have not intentionally broken any rules. If I have done so, it was unintentional and meant as a joke. My intention is not to hurt others but rather to socialize and meet new people.
