Here is my number in meeff, i dont know why i was banned in your app. Im not doing anything wrong to people i was having fun with my new found friends and suddenly they banned me. Also my pictures was all me and mine. Im not fake people also who will used other pictures just to cover up something. I've got a free trial last February 9, 2022 and expired at March 9, 2020. Then March 9, 2022, I was charged for the subscription that will last until April 9, 2022. I requested a refund and I was granted. So, automatically, my subscription is cancelled. After that, I didnt receive a subscription charge for the month of April 2022 and May 2022 so I thought it was completely okay. But then, I was charged again for the a subscription that will last from May 9 to June 9? How did it happen?

Is there any way that I can do to get a refund? That money is meant for my bills. Thank you!

I would like to request a refund from my recent purchase for a reason that I accidentally purchased it. To further explain my case, upon my usage of the application, a notification box popped up regarding the free trial. I tried to avail it since its free and a glitch or error happened so I restarted the application. I wasnt able to go back at that and I thought I wasnt able to avail the free trial since I didnt get to enjoy the free trial perks. So, I am not fully informed or aware for the monthly subscription fee since I thought I didnt subscribed for it.

Kindly reconsider my case because the payment account belongs to my sister and she really needed that money back.
