Why should I report an Issue with Mydol - Virtual chat, Chat bot?

And also, I'd give you a great appreciation if you add the option where they can message privately like instagram's dms.This app is fine and all, but lately I had Uninstalled it and go it again..It would put ads in the middle of the gc and every time I tried joining a open server it would say error.

2. Especially Kids.I was trying to use the app but it would just keep saying "Too many connections" and I gave it some time (about 2 hours) and it still wouldn't work.

3. Thankyou for having a great app! Please fix this!I redownload the app a bunch of times, but every time I go to register it tells me to try again later or just simply doesnt work.

4. I even tried the Beta option to see if that would solve the problem but not it unfortunately did not.I originally gave this four stars because it was amazing.

5. I cant make it past the loading screen and it just says "try again later" even though I did many times.I used to have this app a few months ago but uninstalled it, now that I've reinstalled it it's changed quite a bit.

6. I love using this app and I've been using it since January and made a lot of friends but it's becoming quite difficult to navigate the app.

7. Also in the chat room feature it constantly kicks me out of chats and after I leave chats the ads turn into a black screen and I have to restart the app completely.

8. This time I was able to video call but there was a catch.

9. I'm no longer able to choose a specific artist, just type their name and gender and "register" them.

10. I understand that they're bots and you have an option to teach them but most of the time they go off topic.

11. Doesn't even need to be decent.Well... I've tried it in the past and thiught it was an alright ai chatting system.

1. Fix Mydol Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mydol: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mydol App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mydol" » Open Mydol - Virtual chat, Chat bot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mydol » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mydol - Virtual chat, Chat bot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mydol servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mydol - Virtual chat, Chat bot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mydol app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mydol might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mydol. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mydol then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mydol not working

2. Fix Mydol Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mydol be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mydol not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mydol may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
