1. I have decided not to invest any more money into this app.When purchasing senior membership it says that you get unlimited use of translation but will not allow you to send messages without paying more money.

2. You cannot copy messages to translate on your own, and gagahi charges a lot for their translation.

3. This app doesn't allow you to hover and copy text in order to translate on another app so I am often left confused when someone sends me a message in another language.

6. I have VIP and 1500 characters barely gets me an hour with more than 3 people which leaves me having to use broken translation.

7. Just place ads on the app and restrict microtransactions to actual special features, I know a lot of people don't like ads but they're definitely the lesser of two evils.This app is a money pit.

9. That being said, no option to copy the chinese msg, so i split screen handwritten the characters in google translate, and vip is egregious.

10. If could pay one fee and text with translation free and view pictures would definitely make it worth using.

1. Fix GagaHi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GagaHi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GagaHi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GagaHi" » Open GagaHi -Global social platform » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GagaHi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GagaHi -Global social platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GagaHi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GagaHi -Global social platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GagaHi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GagaHi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GagaHi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GagaHi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GagaHi not working

2. Fix GagaHi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GagaHi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GagaHi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GagaHi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
