Nodecraft Customer Insights

1. Do not buy any services from nodecraft, absolute garbage...constantly under "maintainance" and you never get to play and when you do...you go try to change a setting, you cant...you have to contact support to have them do it...just for them to tell you that you need to spend more money the setting your trying to change is to much for the server to handle..."we reverted you changes back"Their system corrupted the Terraria map file, I had hosted with them, & the CSR either didn't know that, or has been coached to not own up to company errors, & instead said my world wouldn't launch, because it was too big for their small hosting package, even though they let me create the large world, on their small hosting package, via their dashboard, and it never used more resources than available and was stable for over a week, w/ ZERO issues related to resource capacity.

2. :(I thought it would be free but I mean having a server is never really cheap but aternos is 100 percent free with free plugins it's a website but usable on mobile and hosts bedrock and java servers for minecrafteasy to use, and excellent customer service!! I would definately recommend this to anyone who wants to use host or use a server! It's not free it starts from 9.88$ .

3. When I go back into the customer service area to talk to someone else, she picks up my message again & again tells me there is nothing she can do about over using resources (which I didn't do), and completely ignores my attempts to explain to her, that their system has corrupted the map file so bad, that not even modding resources can do anything with it.

4. It took her less than a min to give me a link on their suggested server size for games and told me to make a new small world map to resolve the issue.

5. I then, to prove to her that Terraria doesn't use that much in resources, run my own server (one large/one small), both run right under 900mb.

6. When I try to explain to her Terraria's low resource requirements & that the file is corrupted, & it has nothing to do with high resource costs, she terminates the chat.

7. I had an issue with a server, talked to customer support they where kind and competent.

8. Do not download it.Pretty good to be able to control your server from your phone.

9. I had to upgrade immediately to get access to DL the map file & reupload it to the server.

10. Be proud and keep up with the incredible workit works but it literally is just a web browser displaying their mobile site wrapped as an app.

11. I think today will make 8 days, which just adds to my growing suspicions, that their company is basically a scam.Good company with good people.
