1. Verify its always error it says the system was overloaded or something and I waited for about 2 weeks and its the same thing and I even open the website and still the same thingI see a few bad reviews on usability but I've never had any major issues and their support team is pretty prompt if you mail them, it's my favourite platform down to ease of use and simplicity plus great benefitsExcellent customer response, very fast and helpful.

6. I have had no issues, and the passive income is great! Almost an extra $200 per week!! Very easy app to use, although the haptic feedback has issues on Android and makes the use of the app feel awkward.

7. Another thing is when I sign in the app, they is a window that pops up, asking me to set up a pin for unlocking the up when I want to use it, whilst I have already done that like a couple of times ago.How can I verify my account when the app did not make my phone no.

8. Update: card transactions now fail where they used to work and NEXO have no useful insight except to blame third party processors.

9. I can't tell the difference in the updated version, but at least the prompt to update is gone.The desktop version is flawless, no real problems in several years of use.

10. I asked for dark mode and they delivered!!! Next I want to see options for 2FA with Google authenticator & the option to see my balances in more currencies especially GBP.

11. Also, no ads!!!I like the app, but now it prompts me to update every time I open it, and when I click Get It Now!, the only options are Uninstall and Open.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Nexo Issues

1. Fix Nexo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Nexo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Nexo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nexo" » Open Nexo: Crypto Wealth Platform » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nexo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Nexo: Crypto Wealth Platform app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nexo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nexo: Crypto Wealth Platform" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Nexo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nexo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Nexo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Nexo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Nexo not working


2. Fix Nexo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Nexo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Nexo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Nexo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, I’m requesting you that I want my account deleted for personal reasons, I have not used the wallet nor I have on it. I just want to close it for good. According to the law: The business is legally required to delete the consumer's personal information from its records and direct any service providers to delete the data too. Good Morning, My name is Eric Osborne. I am a new account holder with you all, however, I do plan to switch over to another crypto broker platform. The reason being that I cannot get in contact with any representative from your company. I sent a request a week ago and been told that I would need to wait a week for a response. I gotten a response back but it stated that I would need to wait for a month or two to hear back. I dont have time to wait for that, plus, this pending feedback is restricting me from depositing on your platform. So I plan to switch over to another platform. I request that my data/account be deleted under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This law entails that a business is legally required to delete consumer's personal information from its records and direct any service providers to delete the data too. Failure to comply with the CCPA will result in a PENALTY - $7,500 fine under CCPA. Please be mindful of this penalty for non-compliance.
