1. By the way, please don't ask me to email customer service because everyone is having the same problem and you already know it, so please fix the app or shut it down.They don't notify of you a monthly payment change or short payments and just wait to say surprise you owe us an absurd amount of late fees because they don't contact their customers.
2. until this update and change of passwords, can't use any of 4 previous ones have to come up with totally new ones, How I'm supposed to keep up and remember all my passwords??? This gets me confused because I have also other passwords for other my personal stuff and account, and I don't remember sometimes which one goes where.
3. This app, is garbage.I should have "listened" to other users because, no matter what I select (make a payment, statements, etc.), I get the "please wait" error message, which just spins and spins, with no way out, except to close down the app.
4. It stays stuck on the page requesting phoneEverything was perfectly fine, was making my payments for long time without any problems logging in to my account.
5. Two years later they are still terrible with the app can't get passed the two step verification so I can't sign in to pay my mortgage.
6. Go elsewhere to refy if competence is your thing.The "remember me" and "do not challenge me on this device for 30 days" features do not work.
7. What I can't stand is the whole experience of this app is shotty, hard to navigate, and I can't pay my mortgage bi weekly like I could before and not have to worry about if it's going to go through or not.
8. Now it is impossible to remember any password and you end up resetting it time after time.

10. And the drop down menu is so high on the screen that you can't access it!The way I was paying my mortgage before this was perfectly fine.
