1. This is annoying!Booked a taxi in advance to collect a family member from their shift at the hospital, taxi didn't show up claiming I booked it to wrong location which I hadn't because I checked the app, call operator said sometimes the app glitches and sends the driver to the wrong place, I said why don't you fix it and he didn't have an answer, no point booking in advance either as they still don't come on time, app is as useless as the company itself.Can't use after the new update had to uninstall it for it to work again it's lost all my data.
2. I waited 20 mins to speak to someone on the phone who rudely told me it was cancelled because I didn't answer the phone call (phone was on silent and I was standing at the pick up point the whole time) it states on the apps Ts & Cs that I would receive notifications via the app or email, no mention of a phone call being part of the process.
3. Will never use again.App is faulty, I've tried restarting my phone, opening and closing the app, uninstalling and re-installing and all that comes up is a loading screen saying "our wait times will be longer than usual sorry about this"...I waited over 45 minutes to see if it would disappear and it doesn't.Charged for nothing.
4. Network say it should be 30 minutes before it cancels you and are trying to fix the app but this has been going on for long timeNew app is so confusing! Charged me £10.40 at the point of making a booking.
5. Taxi didn't show up! I stood outside waiting only to notice my taxi had been cancelled and I'd been charged full price.
6. This didn't have my saved addresses, and keeps logging me out having to go through giving my phone number and veryfiying with the passcode.
7. The car tracker is inaccurate, and if your booking waiting time is more than 20 minutes it will cancel it without notifying you.
8. I tried to pre-book, the time said 30mins (for a 10min journey) so I assumed it meant 30mins until pick up.
9. It also gives wrong time of arrival e.g. 13 mins when the map shows it's around the corner.
10. Then they updated it (in June-July 2021?) and it even wouldn't start on my phone, as other users mentioned previously.
11. The app now is just pokey.. doesn't work properly & I don't know about anyone else but I always seem to get an extra charge of £1 when I'm paying with my card.
