1. Best time visit to booking box and question thats available English Subtitles any movie.The app stops working when we click on Privilege button.

2. Sometimes it shows that a seat is reserved, I reload & guess what, It is not reserved, so i book it, oh but IT IS RESERVED!!!!!!!Not a good experience!! I booked 3 tickets and I even got the notification from my bank (as I used my credit card) that the charge was been made (so that would be it was a successful transactions) however I haven't received my tickets in email or text or in this app itself.

3. System is not auto scaling, some time app freezes at payment screen, takes at of time load all screens when server load at peak.

4. such bad service not expected from PVR atleast, and I used 2 separate offers to make the booking, very highly shameful to show discounts and then not let people use them, EVEN ONCE.It was such a waste of time using this app.

5. I booked a movie on PVR app which had English subtitles available & went to where movie is not available with English subtitles n booked again at another place and same problem on top of that.

6. Everytime I try to use the limited time sale/offer, the site just freeze up, or or the page takes minutes if not hours to load.

7. Not able to see the vouchers and points detail in Privilege section as it takes a long time and at the end it stops working.

8. There is no further email about the same.very poor app experience, my booking was so costly because as soon as I availed offers it would fail the booking again and again, I had to pay a higher price for it to be successful.

1. Fix PVR Cinemas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PVR Cinemas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PVR Cinemas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PVR Cinemas" » Open PVR Cinemas - Movie Tickets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PVR Cinemas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PVR Cinemas - Movie Tickets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PVR Cinemas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PVR Cinemas - Movie Tickets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PVR Cinemas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PVR Cinemas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PVR Cinemas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PVR Cinemas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PVR Cinemas not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PVR Cinemas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
