1. Finally got an order placed, but I seem to have also lost all my rewards points with the update? Definitely will not use this app in the future, which means I won't be visiting the store.Canceled an order 3 hours ahead of time because I couldn't pick it up in the evening and called the restaurant to cancel as well.
2. The manager and employees at the Costa Mesa location swear they canceled the order and the money should be refunded, but the app shows the order changed to completed and the money is still not refunded after a week now.
3. They couldn't have put this thing on the grill I just can't imagine it, I ordered online and picked up right away.Lost the ability to scan receipts myself to earn points, and keeps asking me to turn on location settings.
4. There needs to be a better system.I hate to give a bad review when things are bad only and not review when good having a experience but this is the first time I've ever had a cold sandwich that's supposed to be hot at Native Foods.
5. Please fix ASAP!There is no way to cancel your order if there is a mistake like you accidentally choose pick up instead of delivery.
6. Even though my specific address for my apartment is in the app, it sent the general address to Uber and the driver was incredibly rude because of the miscommunication between the apps.New app is terrible.
7. The restaurant manager and employees say they've done their part and this app only recommends contacting the restaurant to resolve this issue.I don't like the new app.
8. It is incomplete not showing a lot of the photos and more importantly I can't add notes to the order such as mayo, no seasoning for the fries and more.
9. They took bloat out of my wallet (the rewards card) and added a mediocre app (bloat for my devices).
10. It has a few glitches: one being it showed my $5 off initially, then it disappeared by the time I approached the counter and never reappeared.
11. Have to bring my iPad to the restaurant to redeem points.
