1. I do miss the original " SHOWBOX" ap but this is an OK 👌🏽 replacement.Great app enjoy catching up on some old tv series like supernatural, Teenwolf etc.. although when you bookmark your favourite movies or programmes and then you have to keep starting over everytime the app updates that's my only issue other than that brilliantWhat can I say? Sure, there was a bit of buffering during a movie I was watching; but nothing much to complain about.

You ask...was the best app each time it updated didn't matter could watch anything and everything they need a new one like it was...this new one is useless you don't need an app for information on shows its called google yep that's right google...bring back more awesome apps for free with ads like this was and make it that we can watch it still for free my kid is disappointed me tooThis app is amazing.

Keep up the good workUsed to be such a good app, you was able to watch any and every movie or series in any language but now it's had a very bad update were you can only watch trailers (Would not recommend) do not download not worth it.I love this ap because I'm able to watch my favorite show( The Block Australia) and NZ.

4. Updates are great & all just don't make it to where the videos can't be played anymore.Great app, I get most, if not all movies and shows I want FOR FREE! Amazing app, there are adds but it's free movies and TV so what can you expect? Plus you can skip them.

1. Fix MovFlix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MovFlix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MovFlix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MovFlix" » Open MovFlix - Movie Series watch c » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MovFlix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MovFlix - Movie Series watch c app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MovFlix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MovFlix - Movie Series watch c" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MovFlix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MovFlix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MovFlix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MovFlix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MovFlix not working

2. Fix MovFlix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MovFlix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MovFlix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MovFlix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
