Why should I report an Issue with MUZAL - Create Playlists?

I only give you 2 stars because of the following issues: (1) Does not have a shuffle button/option; and (2) can't be run on the background while using another apps on my smartphone.I like the app alot it has helped me so far to find songs I actually do like, and expand my taste, but sometimes it just plays some random pop song when I'm trying to add songs to a Playlist, usually summer of love by Shawn Mendes or something by Alessia Cara, the music video will be paused in the background and pressing on it will pause the song and pressing again will continue the wrong song, but after waiting for 15 seconds or so it goes to the right song, besides that it's a good appUnfortunately, my Spotify playlist can't sync.

2. I would also have to agree with others that having other songs play in between you liking or disliking songs is very annoying & cause issues where the song you want to hear doesn't play at all or has a long delay and your hearing 1 of 3 other songs over & over.

3. Preview sometimes plays the same song (which I think is an add) on every song until a restart 3.

4. And you ll find a tone of songs and music genders.

5. It's awesome, but this makes it unusable (for me) EDIT: Thank you for the response :) it helped a lot, and now it works!Amazing concept.. But there is a few issues.

6. When trying to preview it doesn't preview right away taking sometimes 10 seconds to load the preview.

7. First day with it and I find it to have amazing potential but a few things that may make me Uninstall.

8. Love the direction it's going tho & could see this being the new spotify!100% recommend.

9. If the preview does work, it lags a lot on older devices.

1. Fix MUZAL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MUZAL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MUZAL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MUZAL" » Open MUZAL - Create Playlists » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MUZAL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MUZAL - Create Playlists app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MUZAL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MUZAL - Create Playlists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MUZAL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MUZAL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MUZAL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MUZAL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MUZAL not working

2. Fix MUZAL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MUZAL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MUZAL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MUZAL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
