1. It is stuck to random.It's like the more SDA Christian friendly alternative to Spotify! No worldly sinful ads, no "Pride month" playlist features, no inappropriate explicit suggestions that pop up when I try to search for something....only beautiful, wholesome, Christ-centered, God-honoring music that points my soul Heavenward and keeps my mind focused on Jesus 🙏💜! Thank you so much for making such a beautiful app that is based and grounded on the principles and standards of God's truth❣️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!This is a wonderful App with great godly music.

2. I tried to contact support directly in the app, but when I clicked the link to contact support, nothing happened.... So the biggest issue I currently have is when I select a song, it plays any song in the album... Like I can not choose an individual song... Also I can't switch random song order off.

3. Truly a home for sacred music.Waaahh😍 this is the app I've been looking for 'cause it's too mess in the spotify, I mean I only want religous songs.

4. And the feature "remove song from playlist" just hangs the app, forever a turning circle.Really loving how this app works, especially that it plays in the background.

1. Fix MusicVerse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MusicVerse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MusicVerse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MusicVerse" » Open MusicVerse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MusicVerse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MusicVerse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MusicVerse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MusicVerse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MusicVerse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MusicVerse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MusicVerse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MusicVerse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MusicVerse not working

2. Fix MusicVerse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MusicVerse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MusicVerse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MusicVerse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
