Why should I report an Issue with MSDroid?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Trevor Page to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. However if you could add autotune ve table to AFR ratio i might even give a sixth star! Good work.great app.. very useful and customizeable ! once in a while im having a few connection issues to my microsquirt via bluetooth, it hangs at "reading signature".. im running it on an android head unit.. I hope there is plans for an "auto-tune" feature in the future!Love the ability to make changes to the tune without a laptop.

2. 05/01/2019 (update) since the last update, i cannot view logs anymore, and also i have trouble opening msdroid( i have to termnnate all apps and then open msdroid decause the app crashes 2-3 time before it opens and connects to the megasquirt) also, i cannot enter a value with a comma( e.x. 34.5).This app is an absolute must for those of us that dont use a rolling road to tune their car.

The process would look similar to this: record log and optionally tweak settings while driving --> send latest log and tune to MegaLogViewer through GDrive --> tune offline --> synchronize modified tune with GDrive --> msdroid asks to optionally load modified tune from Google Drive upon connecting to the ECU when an internet connection is available.

4. Trevor, thanks for creating and supporting this great app! It has become an essential part of my car.I would've probably been stuck at work today, unable to successfully cold start in the freezing temperatures for the first time if I hadn't been able to pull out my phone and adjust my cranking enrichment.

5. MSDroid can optionally upload logs to Google Drive, but this only works if the log is stopped when an internet connection is present.

6. If I may suggest a feature improvement- It would be very useful to have a single button that synchronizes the current tune and uploads the current/latest log to Google Drive.

7. A lot of people are requesting TunerStudio's auto-tune feature in this app, which would be useful, but good synchronization of tunes and logs with a different computer running TunerStudio+MegaLogViewer could be just as useful in many cases.

8. Acer Iconia Tab 10.1 via OTG USBA must hane for all MS owners, but some times it glitches when trying to navigate through the tuning pages and all the time it gets stuck when trying to view and swich between data logs.

9. I used to be worried that I'd get stuck somewhere or maybe just stall repeatedly for a long drive because I messed up the tune, but getting this app set up made that fear go away.Been using this app for quite a while and it was good.

10. Another annoying error: if I update my ms2 with my PC, when I get back to the app the dashboard freezes at "loading tune from controller" and here we go to the limbo... I need to delete the project and create a new (and keep not working sometimes).

11. Still no luck.. emailed the developer several times and he never replied..(8+ weeks now)The app is fantastic when it works... I'm having a lot of connection problems that seems to be randomly... sometimes I open the app then the connection occurs successfully, sometimes the connection text blinks forever.

1. Fix MSDroid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MSDroid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MSDroid App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MSDroid" » Open MSDroid » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MSDroid » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MSDroid app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MSDroid servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MSDroid" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MSDroid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MSDroid might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MSDroid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MSDroid then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MSDroid not working

2. Fix MSDroid Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MSDroid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MSDroid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MSDroid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
