1. Although its good for making transfers of money from your savings account to your current account.Works fine on my Samsung phone.

2. Much easier to use.This app is okay for checking Credit Card transactions, current/savings account transactions BUT it will not show you your personal loan payment details which I think it needs to show.

9. Phoned the YB bank mobile support twice, 50min wait, they said it was a known issue, and they're working on it, still waiting over a week later.

10. It gets in the way of basic functionality such as scrolling through transactions and clicking on fields such as make payment.

11. I have successfully moved money to each account and have been able to transfer money easil.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Yorkshire Bank Issues

1. Fix Yorkshire Bank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Yorkshire Bank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Yorkshire Bank App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yorkshire Bank" » Open Yorkshire Bank Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yorkshire Bank » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Yorkshire Bank Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yorkshire Bank servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yorkshire Bank Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Yorkshire Bank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yorkshire Bank might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Yorkshire Bank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yorkshire Bank then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yorkshire Bank not working
