Cali Customer Insights

1. Very confusing why this update or choice was made.I found my own dream home using this app! Now I may have found my buyers their dream home also...all because of this app! MLS searches can be too narrowly focused that you may miss out on certain properties.

2. Micro print is too difficult to read or see what I'm looking at.I have been using the California regional MLS app for the last year and a half and by far this is one of the easiest apps to use when searching for a home.

3. For the previously mentioned items along with others, I always have to switch over the desktop version so it makes this app pointless much of the time.Not useful really.

4. In the main menu, we should be able to see/ access more of the items within the desktop version.

5. Save your time and just buy a tablet or laptop otherwise you are using this for some things and homesnap for others, it's just too much flipflopping and not efficient.

6. -Can't set up a contact in conjunction with any action -Limited functions related to listing data, saving or send to a client on the fly.

7. It's invaluable.For some reason it will not let me enlarge the pages anymore when I try to go under the desktop version.

8. -Can't view tax info easily -Search function can NOT be saved to a contact.

9. Why the changes? If it ain't broke....why? Hoping this change is temporary and you are working on getting it back to the previous version.

10. I've contacted CRMLS support multiple times, and nobody has been able to fix the issue.

11. You can't copy verbiage such as text in the remarks or a Listing Agent's info.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cali Issues

1. Fix Cali Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cali: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cali App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cali" » Open California Regional MLS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cali » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear California Regional MLS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cali servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "California Regional MLS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cali app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cali might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cali. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cali then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cali not working


2. Fix Cali Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cali be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cali not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cali may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
