paySupreme Customer Insights

1. Ridiculous and not at all user friendlyIts crazy my card will work for certain things but not others, im charged to load and charged to send, can direct deposit or reanfer money so the app doesnt serve much use other then to tell me my balance by fingerprint.

2. Wish I could say I was happy as my hubby has a while yet in jail but the benefits are not worth getting the card.Totally annoying won't even let you sign up where do you sign up!? any app that wants a credit card and a password first before you can even sign up is a freaking joke! Doesn't even look like the same jaypay app my sister uses....So far my exspireance with paySupreme app, and the card also, seem to be very nice.

3. Horrible don't have the card need to update address can't set up app without card even though have acct number pain in the caboose.

4. Plus it isn't easy to move money from bank accounts to the card or vice versa.

5. Life is difficult enough without having the need to fight a company for your own damn money.

6. Everything is easy and strait forward to use, and understand tooEasy to navigate, all the info I need on my account.

7. I have a large amount of money in my account can't access.

8. The apps ok but could be betterCharges fee to keep money on it so not happy about that.

9. Customer service is not helpful and keeps telling me to update when there isn't an update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix paySupreme Issues

1. Fix paySupreme Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart paySupreme: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the paySupreme App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "paySupreme" » Open paySupreme » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for paySupreme » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear paySupreme app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from paySupreme servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "paySupreme" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check paySupreme app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, paySupreme might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall paySupreme. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall paySupreme then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing paySupreme not working


2. Fix paySupreme Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make paySupreme be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to paySupreme not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, paySupreme may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have a paysupreme card and my tax refund was deposited onto it, the refund amount was for roughly $13,200 and they wont accept it because its to much money to be deposited, I am a single mother with 4 kids and I really need my money deposited to my account so I can take care of my family.
