About Enhanced Music Controller Lite

1. The two most popular features of the app are music playback and sound profile management. - Multi-room support: Allows control of groups of devices attached via FlareConnect (for Onkyo/Pioneer/Integra only). - Following models do not support "Play Queue" feature (that is a limitation of the Onkyo firmware): CR-N765, DTR-40.

2. This app allows remote control of a Network Player or a Network A/V Receiver via the local network.

3. The app supports Onkyo/Pioneer/Integra released in April 2016 or later and Denon/Marantz with build-in HEOS technology.

4. Some TEAC models like Teac NT-503 are also supported.

5. The app is 100% open source.

Enhanced Music Controller Lite Customer Insights

1. 10 starsThere are not enough superlatives to describe this fantastic app! Like all the other reviewers, I gave up on the horrible Onkyo apps years ago! The only issue I find is if you have the app installed on two devices (tablet and cell phone) and it is running on the first device, it will crash if the second device tries to access the receiver.

2. Not a deal breaker, simple power cycle the receiver and limit use to one device! Thank-you Mikhail for writing this app! I no longer have to return inside when listening to zone two on my patio to change Pandora settings or turning down the volume when the wife complains!I love the slick interface.

3. This would be a nice addition in general and would be even better if it could be added to the shortcut command to just have one touch to switch to your favorite audio channel and keep the video input active. Can i donate to you? This is the best app to control an Onkyo reciever.

4. I'd like to suggest a couple of minor improvements - providing a quick toggle for the Music Optimizer function (that is, the "MOT" ISCP message), and replacing the current preset-cycling controls under the Device/Settings section with individual buttons (e.g. 'Off', 'A', 'B', 'A+B' for speaker selection) to allow for faster access to the different options.

5. However both apps are missing the "mode" button which allows you to keep the audio input active and switch the video input to the last used input allowing the user to listen to music while watching TV or gaming.

6. In the Onkyo remote and app, if you want to change the output type(Direct, Stereo, Dolby surround etc etc) you'd have to cycle through all the options.

7. Not sure if these are bugs or if I'm missing a setting. What a relief to see an app that is fully functional and works great with my Integra receiver.

8. I have sent a request to add a few more preset listening modes. This app makes a phenomenal difference in the usage of Onkyo receivers.

9. This and adding songs from multiple folders to a queu which maybe isn't possible. After earlier issues getting receiver connected I decided to try again four months later.

10. I would like to see a few more preset listening modes including THX that Integra receiver support.

11. Great work, dev! I wanted to ask if it is possible to add a notification tray on the phone with currently playing song and controls, this the only feature that ia really missing at this point.
