1. Very disapointingWn the children finish writing on the letter it does not give assessment whether the way is right or wrong..it also stopped many times by adds which is confusing for the child.. Otherwise it is goodI love all of the learning options available in the app but not all of the adds...they are distracting for young learners.This app is excellent for kids to learn arabic it has challenges and games too especially fill in the blanks.. Which is nice to take kids to next level.

2. JazakaAllahThank you for developing this app at least my 2yrs son is able to learn and get the skill s even before he has gone to school ...but l would urge you to update for the new academic system pliiz 🙏The child's voice telling you what to do is really hard to understand.

3. It's an amazing app and easy to use! My 2 years old nephew gets excited to learn throw the games it has.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Games World: Play & Learn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Games World: Play & Learn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Games World: Play & Learn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
