1. The app used to work fine, now it's useless.The services are okay, but every month, everyone on our plan simultaneously gets a notification that our account has been locked, but it hasn't.
2. Cricket in general isn't a bad provider, yet the app is all around garbage and totally frustrating.Cricket Wireless as a whole has been a reliable phone company.
3. I have 9 days till Im due for payment, and my account has been slow to the point of partial inactivity.
4. I am in a very rural area and I am depending on this data for work.This app is able to be used to pay, but it has a SERIOUS downside that no good things could make up.
5. It's not a deal breaker to me, because we get two lines for a total of $80 a month, which is nice, but if they could double that LTE speed I would be so much happier.It doesn't work.
6. All I want to do is upgrade my plan to a higher level, but I keep getting a vague "something went wrong" error on the final purchase screen.
7. I shouldn't even be shown an "accept agreement" as I've been using the app for over a year.
8. Take it!You would think the App would be a strong point seeing as everything for your service runs through it, however, it is completely horrible and continues to this day to run poorly.
9. They slow your service as you approach your payment date.
10. Each time I try to use it, it either stops & closes, or it doesn't have the capability to edit (updating card for autopay), etc.
11. Failing to connect constantly as you are always stuck with the red bar saying "Oh no! We are having trouble connecting right now, please try again later" well later never comes because it continues to fail.
