1. I just happened to have the camera open when they came back cos the camera wouldn't of recorded it! when I went to veiw the video and photo I took with the app, the app closes! it's never successfully been able to open the saved footage!It will not load up to my internet.

2. I guess I'll have to throw the whole thing away -- lesson learned!It works, just about Very basic SW, you can set up the camera, setting a PW does not work, hence tbe camera is open on internet.

1. Fix Mini WiFi Cam Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mini WiFi Cam: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mini WiFi Cam App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mini WiFi Cam" » Open Mini WiFi Cam » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mini WiFi Cam » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mini WiFi Cam app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mini WiFi Cam servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mini WiFi Cam" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mini WiFi Cam app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mini WiFi Cam might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mini WiFi Cam. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mini WiFi Cam then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mini WiFi Cam not working
