1. They label everything, categorize everything, color code everything, mark items as favorites, bookmark, create well-structured folders, keep everything neat and tidy in multiple lists. The result?
2. Repeat this for long enough, you'll become as effective as one can be, and be happy that you didn't procrastinate by organizing tasks.
3. Every day, you mindfully choose to focus on 3 to 5 most impactful tasks that will help you reach your goals.
4. If they can get by their schedule with this simple method for getting things done, we should be able to do it as well.
5. See, the productivity novices over-organize their tasks.
6. "Priorities" is the most effective to-do app you'll ever need.
7. This method is used by famous investors and business people.
8. They never look at those tasks again.
9. "Priorities" changes that.
10. Then execute like crazy and actually do them.
11. "Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away".
1. I don't put 5 stars because sometimes there's some troubles with the synchronization and because I would like to have in the backlog tags to stablish which tasks are more important than others, like for example with the app pomofocus (there are red, yellow and green tags to organize them and even you can put them in groups depending on their tags). It works well but there are a few bugs here and there.
2. I can also export to Sheets. This app allows me to climb a mountain of tasks without the anxiety, by helping me to focus on just one step at a time.
3. Overall though, the app works well enough.I've tried lots of complex DoLists that let me summarize Goals & Done Tasks many ways, but I've spent more time planning than doing.
4. e.g. when reviewing what I did yesterday, after I've checked off those items and proceed to select the tasks for the current day, it still shows me the tasks from yesterday (that I marked as complete in previous step).
5. I'm not sure what happened to them, which is very frustrating since I usually move unfinished tasks to the next day, and recall this being a useful default of the app before. It's awesome because of the simplicity.
6. If I had to ask for anything it'd be the option to add those accomplishments in the widget, and to set the time that the day ends 9/10Very good! Over the years I've used various to do apps with all sorts of lists, subtasks, bells and whistles.
7. I have used this app for many years to manage my daily tasks, and find the soft limit of focusing on three tasks per day to be highly productive.
8. It takes a while to realize the completed tasks and abruptly removes them from the current day list.
9. The widget will not update to display new tasks, and my tasks from the previous day are now completely inaccessible.
10. For example, all of my tasks disappeared today, but I was able to retrieve them by reinstalling the app.
11. I realize there is a "Notifications" option in the settings, but pressing it does nothing, absolutely nothing.**EDITED** I like the basic functionality, however sadly it seems something has gone a little buggy.
