1. Jan 2021 Lowered to one star because app is inaccessible.Seriously considering switching banks because of this app anymore! It seems every time I need it to work to quickly check my balance or transfer funds, it won't open...keeps loading and then says there is an error and "retry" does nothing.

2. Speaking of debit cards, there are no controls for restricting certain purchases, locations, or transaction types in the app.What happened? Used for years no problem, now for the last few weeks have had to uninstall and then install it over and over again just to use.

  2. Update the WesBanco App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WesBanco" » Open WesBanco Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WesBanco » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WesBanco Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WesBanco servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WesBanco Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WesBanco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WesBanco might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WesBanco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WesBanco then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WesBanco not working
