1. The last one, I was able to contact a real person who, even tho her system was acting up, was able to get mine reset.App has always been great until this last year every couple weeks I get data network is busy or unavailable error messages which the only thing I can do to get back on app is uninstall and reinstall then go through enrolling again.
2. It's frustrating & of course occurs when you're under a time crunch.AWFUL!! I try to log in with the CORRECT username and password and always get an error message and am unable to access my account.
3. More work is needed to bring this app up to date.App has it's ups and downs as most apps have, but when it's down, it's usually at a time one needs access to their account.
4. Extremely frustrating, have called and requested help with this and I get nothing.I've been with the bank for over 10 year and I've been able to adapt to all the changes just fine.
5. Lastly, my loan account is showing up as an 'installment' and doesn't show history, amount due or due date.
6. I shouldn't have to hunt so hard to find the things I need.If you follow the instructions for the new login on the website first, you can access the app just fine.
7. Not ONCE have I been able to do mobile banking with Byline's app.
8. I do miss the feature on bill pay where it told me when the payee was last paid and for what amount.
9. The new app is lame, not user friendly, took away great features, finger print, and it's so slow!!! The colors and font in the app are so BAM IN YOUR FACE.
10. Key features like bill pay and mobile deposit are found via a floating plus button on the bottom.
11. This never happened with the First Bank & Trust app, before Byline took over.
