1. Just a step through would be great - picture of front, back, amount, destination, submit, "another?" query... all checks have 2 sides and an amount, so the interface requires too much work.... UPDATE: new lighting standards for check deposit require you to be on the surface of the sun... very annoying.I have used the app for several years with few issues... until lately.

It's easy to use and has things I've come to expect as standard for banking apps to have such as mobile check deposit, easy transfers and the ability to send money through zelle.I like the convenience! I wish I could breeze through multiple check deposits without having to start over - tap deposit, accept the 2 pages of terms, etc.

3. In the past, I always used fingerprint logon for this app with No Issues! But, since they made app changes, the fingerprint logon causes the app to crash, leading to having to uninstall and reinstall it, for it to work again.

4. Renasant Bank unravels it all with so many steps to go through, and then it ultimately says I don't exist.THIS APP IS HORRIBLE ITS LITERALLY THE WORST APP ON MY PHONE... Problems are things like subpar security.

6. Honestly the 3% of time it's not is simply due to either updates or data coverage issues in areas with high usage .. basically things outside of this company's control.

7. The app itself is in outdated and in dire need of an overhaul, and offers little by way of features, functions and options, like mobile deposites, credit scores, and an option to download statements(for free)-just to name a few.

8. But, they've made some changes to the app, which has some bugs in it... I like to use fingerprint logon for most things.

1. Fix Renasant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Renasant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Renasant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Renasant" » Open Renasant Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Renasant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Renasant Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Renasant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Renasant Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Renasant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Renasant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Renasant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Renasant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Renasant not working

2. Fix Renasant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Renasant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Renasant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Renasant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
