1. Since switching I've been frustrated with how long it takes to log into every time, how slow the app is in general, how often it won't let me or my husband log in at all due to an "unexpected error", and worst of all we've had multiple times that we've tried to deposit checks using the app and it has failed to go through more often than it has actually worked. An improvement over the past but you still must search too hard to find the way to deposit a check (multiple sub-menu locations and it is hidden under a + sign at lower right0.
2. It sounds silly, but I'm actually considering changing banks because of the difficulty in logging in! Not only does it not maintain fingerprint scanning to log in, it completely erases your username and you have to login with your ussername and password at least four times a month.
3. Cannot deposit a check from Travelers Insurance Company because mobile app thinks it's a traveler's check--who even uses those anymore? Still have to take these to the bank.Okay, when it works.
4. Still a horrible App, no improvements in stability, I guess we all need to start calling the banks to check our accounts status. We were with Fidelity before it became part of Ameris and we never had a single problem with the app.
5. Why didn't you adopt the better app after the merger? I miss the fingerprint sign on, the accurate running balance, and the clear descriptions of transactions.
6. It's very difficult to find the check deposit feature, and it drives me crazy that I have to get a text code every time I want to log in.
7. A work in progress. The account transactions does not show a running balance (i.e. the new total after each transaction), which is very useful.
8. I dislike using the website to do stuff because of its clunkiness and multi-step login, but at least it works!I'm updating to state how much worse the app has gotten.
9. Cannot see what bills are about to be paid from the mobile app and from the desktop it shows you in reverse order--not the most immediate payment 1st so you have to switch it every time.
10. I did set an alert for transactions over $50, but Ameris does not reliably alert me.
11. Ever since the change to Ameris, I haven't been able to see or pay my auto loans online.
