1. The options for the services are not easy to find and the login does not allow you to see the password you have entered so you are likely to get a notification that your login attempt is invalid if your password is off.... Since you can't check the password before you hit enter, it requires constant tries to log in.

It's all right but I love the multiple icons "transfer,zelle,deposit,transfer" Also your app had a strange notification after submitting the security code to identify me, it asked me "to enter another number if the one am,using is not a phone"I reduced my star rating due to the number of, technical issues with the app.

4. Now when I try and log in using the EXACT same user id and password that works on the web site, it tells me one of them is incorrect.This app was recommended by my local OneWest branch.

5. It's a clunky and not user-friendly application.This app is so buggy on the login attempt and is driving me crazy! It looks like it is suffering from a severe case of amnesia, frequently forcing me to ask for an SMS code on login and when i do, it will do the same the very next time I load the app, and no.

6. It also keeps forgetting that I set the fingerprint login and gives error on the next try!!!Your features on the app are wider than the screen, specially if clicking on the balance I have to swipe sideways.

7. I tried re-installing the app a few times, but get the same results - "Invalid user ID or password".

1. Fix OneWest Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OneWest: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OneWest App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OneWest" » Open OneWest Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OneWest » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OneWest Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OneWest servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OneWest Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OneWest app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OneWest might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OneWest. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OneWest then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OneWest not working

2. Fix OneWest Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OneWest be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OneWest not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OneWest may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
