1. They gave me back $188 and kept $1k.I hate this f..cking app It has long delays and don't let me to close my positions i lost a lot of money just because of it's loading problems And it get worse with every new update Sometime it add margin without my permission I checked all the options but there's no fault of my side.

2. If you look on this tab into a pair after you touch it, then you return back and every time it scrolls to the top automatically, so it spoil the experience and every time you must scroll back to find your pair.

4. Super fast execution, .01 brokerage i.e. three times lower than binance which makes life as a scalper very easy.

1. Fix MEXC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MEXC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MEXC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MEXC" » Open MEXC: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEXC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MEXC: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEXC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEXC: Buy Bitcoin BTC & Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MEXC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEXC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MEXC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEXC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEXC not working

2. Fix MEXC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MEXC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MEXC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MEXC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
