I don't understand how someone appraise the app as outstanding....Everytime i try to use zelle from this app it just shows the word Browser and doesnt let me do anythingAfter the mandatory updating of the app, option for sending money with Zelle is not working.I can't log in using my fingerprints nor my password.
2. Amerant people still haven't realized that the app is buggy and that it not going to fix it by telling customers to call your call center? problems logging into the app takes a long time.
3. Compared to other banking apps, it''s definitely a benchmark.Everytime I try to login it states unable to process your request try again.
4. Why do you implement an app that doesn't work properly?I need it to text or call me to get verification number.
5. Fix it, please.Instead of telling everyone to contact your CALL Center, fix the problem.
6. No option to sent verification code via email which is done on the desktop app.
7. Can't use app at all.So user friendly! Most of your daily banking tasks in your phone, at your convenience.
