1. This is one of the few apps nowadays that asks you to jurrasicly login via password.. with so many online accounts, with different credential requirments and expires regularly, do you think we'd be able to remember which one is for which? Don't you want to consider having biometrics login?I just updated this app, and now it's performing badly.

2. Update Jun 25: seems like there was a "fix" which is not to allow you to login anymore.4 stars due to the Login issues that occurs from time to time.

3. Their making it difficult for us to pay the bills online.App gives a good overview of your energy consuption and billing statements it's as good as having your paper billing statement.

4. It doesn't recognize my registered email but it does when I use other emails but its not sending any the password reset link.

5. It just stuck on the 3 loading dots and the login page itself doesn't show.

6. tried reaching out their customer service but the service sucks too.. they will just tell you to send them an email and that's the end of it you'll end up getting nothing at all.

7. Updating the app doesn't resolve it, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app every time it happens.

8. Instead, after several pushing at the log-in button, my default browser would open and stuff have to be done in the browser, which is way less friendlier than formerly in-app.

9. Now this app sucks, even their meralco online payment it just keep loading.

1. Fix Meralco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meralco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meralco App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meralco" » Open Meralco Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meralco » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meralco Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meralco servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meralco Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meralco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meralco might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meralco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meralco then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meralco not working

2. Fix Meralco Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meralco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meralco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meralco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
