1. I've been experiencing some difficulties opening the app from my notifications about the messages and there is a delay in the message sync between when i get the notification and when the latest message appears.

2. Again can't complain, it's very useful and free, just wanted to flag the bug.The app was great at first and definitely helped in planning a bachelorette party but a couple months down the road it is horrible.

3. Planning a bachelor party and all ads are for bachelorette stuffThe chat functionality is slow and doesnt update in a timely manner.

4. I expected more from notifications and chat windows uodating!Although I did have issues with the app crashing with internet issues, this app was very helpful and useful.

6. It seems like the Android experience is not prioritized to the point where the app is unusable, if there is even one person in the group who uses an Android the app is unusable for the entire group.

7. If you're going to make me sign on, fail the sign on, reset my password every single time, I'd rather have an email itinerary I can refer to.

8. Do not recommend this app.Notifications don't lead to relevant parts in the app, such as polls and messages in chat.

9. Everyone was in the loop and I like that it was a 1 stop shop I was able to manage expenses, set the itinerary, and keep everyone in the loop with changes.It's pretty good and free.

10. There are no notification settings in the app, so I've had to disable all notifications through my phone settings.

11. Get the notification in drop down, tap on it....nothing. I will uninstall this asap when the bachelorette party is over.

1. Fix Batch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Batch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Batch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Batch" » Open Batch: Let’s Party » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Batch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Batch: Let’s Party app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Batch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Batch: Let’s Party" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Batch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Batch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Batch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Batch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Batch not working

2. Fix Batch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Batch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Batch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Batch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
