1. And within the past month I have not been able to access any of my instagram messages, which I know is caused by the circle.For real, this app does do what it is supposed to do, BUT... (1) It significantly drains the battery life of the phone it is installed on, (2) It does glitch out every time you open the app to check time limit/time online causing a lot of frustration, (3) It does monitor the phone's browsing history by recording just the topics viewed in-app but does not record the time spent in each in-app topic, just time spent in- app using very non-specific terms.App was working great up until theblast month or 2.

2. I have enjoyed being able to turn off the family's wifi access, but also relied quite a bit on the Go feature to pause the 4g access as well, when kids were delaying doing homework and I wasn't home from work yet.Does not work.

3. Edit: after reinstalling the app, it started to work as supposed again! :)I've had the circle system for over a year now and it's only worked accurately about 5% of the time.
