About MediRoutes

1. This applications displays an interactive driver schedule, allows the driver to mark pick-up and drop-off events as complete, keeps driver schedules current with changes as the day progresses, and prompts users for driver and passenger signatures as needed.

2. Driver mobile application for MediRoutes - a scheduling, dispatching and billing software for the Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Provider market.

3. GPS tracking is included to allow dispatchers to effectively handle same-day additions, pickup requests and general schedule adjustments.

4. Additionally, driver timekeeping can be managed and vehicle inspections can be completed within the app.

MediRoutes Customer Insights

1. Next update can a feature be added to where if in the middle of composing a message and at the same time receiving a message, that wont be kicked out of message losing all data, causing to have to start over? UNLESS, I'm unaware of where i can go to find the draft of the message i was just composing??? Other than that, seems really easy to work with & understand ..🙂Not impressed with this app at all.

2. Crashes constantly, for as many companies as are required to use this piece they should fix the app!!!!! It crashes, it closes, forces you to relogin, doesn't save when selecting arrived or something and have to do it over and over, when mtm updates on their end or anything it causes rides to disappear from the driver side and need to be pushed back to the driver!! Please beg for a better app!!¡App is functional but needs more polish.

3. I do hate that it overrides what I am doing if something on my schedule changes, nothing worse than sending a message to my dispatcher about a no show and suddenly having it disappear because I am being notified about a schedule change, I also don't like that it doesn't auto rotate.

4. The only drawback is when it comes to the GPS via google maps...95% of the time it's accurate and the other 5% takes you in the opposite direction as to where you need and/or want to go.

5. Update: My carrier sent a UI update to my Samsung Galaxy A13, and now, every time I tap on a map or phone, it split screens it with Mediroutes.

6. GPS is on probably 97% of the time, sometimes you still need to manually enter an address in Google maps to get it right.

7. Biggest pain in the butt feature missing from old version is the inability to click directly on a phone number and dial it.

8. This app helps people get to their doctors appointments, and the "maps" button often transcribes a completely incorrect address from the one written in the app.

9. Yesterday, I was sitting in a customer's driveway after taking them home, and the app told me I was almost 10 miles away from the correct address.

10. I've had customers check the address, it's completely right, and then I've been 20 minutes from the correct address.

11. Schedule updates will go over anything driver is doing- messaging dispatch, performing an inspection- completely erasing whatever they were doing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MediRoutes Issues

1. Fix MediRoutes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MediRoutes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MediRoutes App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MediRoutes" » Open MediRoutes » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MediRoutes » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MediRoutes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MediRoutes servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MediRoutes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MediRoutes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MediRoutes might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MediRoutes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MediRoutes then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MediRoutes not working


2. Fix MediRoutes Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MediRoutes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MediRoutes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MediRoutes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My name is Danny Rice my password was Danny123@. I worked for Jessica for 3 days last week from 6:20 in the morning until around 4:30 and now she refuse to pay me because I quit.I quit because of her attitude.She had a Van that needed a aliment on it.She wants me to drive that Van over 70 mile per hour I refuse .I kept the speed at around 69.Idid not feel comfortable driving that fast in a defected Van.She told that this is my Company and if I want you to drive over 70 then you do that.That Van be shaking.So I told her I quit.So she took me back to my car.And because I quit she start lying on me to my friends saying I made her lose comtomers the next day.Then when I finish making a long trip from Springhill La.back to Shreveport I told her that I needed to use the men's room.She told me to pull over and go in the woods and use it. I said No. I pull in a service station and use it.This is the kind of arrogant person that she is.I just want her to pay me for those three days.I am asking you all to call her and advise her to pay me.Her name is Jessica her phone is318-205-8179.If she don't response from you all .I will be force to retain a lawyer.I pay to get the Chaffer license I pay $100 for three tests needed and I past the urine test.Don't text me call me at 318 762-1749 so we can solve this issue.Thank you.

  • Your broker Jessica.I work for her 3days and she refuse to pay after I quit.I quit because shee had a defected Van that needed a alinemen and she want me to drive it over 70 to 80 mile an hour.I told her No because the van start shaking .That scared the costumer.then she start saying that my driving scared the costumer.Thats is a lie.She should fix that Van.That is why I quick.I refuse to put myself and the lives of those costumers in
