1. I will surely give more than one star if the wireless earphone gets delivered to my house .App is ok but to upload video on task center is very difficult because most of videos gone invalid.

7. While the video will comment, in the early stages, a notification is given in tthat so many people have messaged you, but when you are reading the message, no one messes up, hence my experience.

8. Either it is a bug or Vmate doesn't want all videos to be shown for a profile.

1. Fix VMate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VMate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VMate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VMate" » Open VMate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VMate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VMate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VMate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VMate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VMate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VMate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VMate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VMate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VMate not working

2. Fix VMate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VMate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VMate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VMate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
