1. The only reason I want the app is for access to the remote start feature of the car, there should be another option for remote start!!! MercedesMe has difficulty correctly syncing with the vehicle which makes me concerned about security...Unreliable! I've had the APP for over a year now and this will be my last.
2. Im very disappointed.I love it just as much as my new Benz!!! Update, I just want to do a monthly subscription but I keep getting the runaround about the option to pay monthly for services.
3. Additionally, out of the blue, it will send me a notification that my vehicle is "unlocked" and "not secure" after I've been driving the car for several minutes.
4. My patience has been met with, "Tier 2 is blah-blah-blah" over and over again - but nothing has changed in the month plus I've waited for guidance and resolution.Consistent Notification Glitches.
5. Breaks the experience for knowing whether or not the car is unlocked at the moment for example, or what the state of charge is.excellent app in some ways, but some very basic features lack common sense.
6. The app has been working perfectly fine in the last 8 months, and for the last 2 days, it doesn't work.
7. It takes a long time to sync with a vehicle, and it gets crazy when you have service overdue.
8. There's a chronic issue with the Lock Status, I typically wouldn't post but it's being poorly supported (nice polite support, just ineffective).
9. Please fix the issue or offer 3 month, 6 month , 8 month subscription..Easy fix to avoi double billing or errors!!Perpetually out of sync.
10. Make sure to update the info in a vehicle after providing service, then maybe after two weeks, the app will be updated too.
11. Extremely frustrating when I open the app and I cannot get access to the current status of the car, and there's no way to force a refresh.
