1. Dissapointed premium user that is sorry for paying in advance for the first year! Update: 3/26/2023, this apps syncing issues continue! Just tried reconnecting to Chase & SoFi Bank and still unsuccessful.
2. It does not even automatically periodically activate offers, it only does it when you sync and Chase is constantly failing to sync for me... It also does not support one of my more niche credit cards.
3. Everything is a struggle with constant spinning circles trying to "load" basic infoThis app kept having trouble syncing my Chase cards.
4. I might go back to post-it notes in my wallet to remind me which cards to use for certain stores.Chase is still broken months later, downgrading to 1 star total rip off, practically a scam.
5. Other than that, I'm really enjoying the app.I've been having problems FOR MONTHS getting my accounts to synch.

7. I feel like it's a good free app but not that good if you are paying.Every update and as time goes by this just gets worse and worse.
8. Switching to CardPointers, less functions but at least it works well!Customer service is very good and it does activate amex offers.
9. Have been patient for the last 3 months but things get worse.
10. It's crazy to me that they are presently still having their YouTube affiliates push their app so much, even though it hasn't been working properly since Fall 2022.
11. I was planning on upgrading to the gold membership by now, but with the free membership working so poorly for so long, I no longer am willing to pay for the premium perks.
