1. Great app though.A very nice wazaef tasbih , for those who do bird of different verses and in a limited coount , 5,6,7,UpTo ten vird , you can count in different stages , very beneficial app who have been given wazaif.

2. Also, ability to change the tone/click for each counter would be helpful; that would help me focus on the job sheet while listening for the appropriate click sound rather than having to double check I'd hit the correct + sign.

3. Because for every vird there are different counts, one has to be counted 100, times the other 10 times other 500 times and we have only one option to set the count.It is functional but wish I could customize it more.

4. There's no reason they should be so big.the best app , I am using for my chishtya asbaq , very suitable, except for the built in ads, which are of no use for a normal user, just irrelevant ads.Simple, multiple counters running simultaneously.

1. Fix Counter Keeper Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Counter Keeper: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Counter Keeper App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Counter Keeper" » Open Counter Keeper: Tally Counter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Counter Keeper » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Counter Keeper: Tally Counter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Counter Keeper servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Counter Keeper: Tally Counter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Counter Keeper app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Counter Keeper might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Counter Keeper. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Counter Keeper then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Counter Keeper not working

2. Fix Counter Keeper Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Counter Keeper be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Counter Keeper not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Counter Keeper may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
