1. I like the concept of this app but I have had nothing but problems! First, it would glitch every time I tried to set it up! Now, when I send messages, it won't let me use the link code! It says "web code can not be found" but it's the one I copied and pasted! So now I can't read people's responses!Pointless This app is a waste of the space of your phone.

2. I do that to, but even than it still doesn't work.Change a profile picture by watching an ad? What is wrong with you? You can have some minimal ads here and there and get your app trending like wildfire, but like this? This will be buried.whenever i try to create an account the keyboard goes up and back down.

3. Then only about 30 seconds into the app, it crashes because i tried to watch an add.Not too good, i wanted to change my profile pic but suddenly the app crashed with caused my device to shut down.

4. Don't waste your time with this app.I find this to be an interesting app but the amount of times it crashes, and adding friends does not do anything and to change the avatar does not work.

5. Total waste app.Ive had this app open for 30 seconds 20 of them were adds and the other 10 were spent trying to change my picture and triggering it to crash.

6. Trash...I tried singning on my account, and it would work after about 5 tries after it crashed twice.

7. I have tried logging in with Snapchat numerous times but can't even get passed to accepting their terms and conditions before logging in.

8. Instead blank screen appears after putting the password given by the app on dropping someone a message.

1. Fix YOLO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YOLO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YOLO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YOLO" » Open YOLO - Anonymous Messages » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YOLO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YOLO - Anonymous Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YOLO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YOLO - Anonymous Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YOLO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YOLO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YOLO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YOLO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YOLO not working

2. Fix YOLO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YOLO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YOLO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YOLO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
