Mary Kay Customer Insights

1. I'm having a demonstration with my less tech savvy consultants to teach them how to use this app with great benefit for ordering skin care and makeup for our customers (also for ourselves) I found the app to be very correct in the type of skin care I'm using.

2. For all who have managed to get it to download it seems to malfunction so it is a great idea but needs to go back to drawing board for development updates sorryI have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and my app is not updating.

3. Initially the blush looks too bright but when you tone it down to a medium setting it looks better.Myself and several clients have used this together to get the look we want with the right colors for ourselves 💞This app is mediocre at best.

4. I save & share picsApparently from experience and all of the reviews from Samsung Galaxy 9 customers this app didn't download at all.

5. I've asked my Mary Kay consultants to download it in order to use it with their customers.

6. I can't tell what anything looks like because it's like a constant glitch, kind of like watching a light turn off & on, only with the makeup filter.

7. I use Mary Kay make up myself as a consultant and I chose some of the makeup that I actually use, for my makeover, let's just say I look way better in it than the app shows.

8. I've been using this app for my Mary Kay customers and for myself.

9. I'm not sure if it applied foundation to my face, as my face looks the same.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mary Kay Issues

1. Fix Mary Kay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mary Kay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mary Kay App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mary Kay" » Open Mary Kay® MirrorMe™ » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mary Kay » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mary Kay® MirrorMe™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mary Kay servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mary Kay® MirrorMe™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mary Kay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mary Kay might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mary Kay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mary Kay then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mary Kay not working


2. Fix Mary Kay Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mary Kay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mary Kay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mary Kay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
