1. So if you sit there and click on all 30 shades of a lipstick, you'll have to hit back 30 times to get back to the items page.Love this app! It's mostly easy to use...some things take some getting used to, to explore like the try it on feature, and its better if you set these up when you first sign up for the app(in my opinion)! Also, there are lots of freebies with each purchase, but maybe make it easier to earn freebies with the points you earn from the money you've already spent!! And, maybe, make the birthday freebies available a little longer? I'm not a frequent buyer, as I only shop when it's in my budget!Suddenly constant issues with the app.

2. Now, I see fewer products in the same time frame plus I have to wait for everything to load into the box every time I move to the next 2 products! Quick and simple should be the goals of an effective app.I don't get why one of the recent updates took away the ability to see how many points you're getting on a purchase before you checkout.

I used to be really into ulta and still have a love for it despite the occasional dried out eyeliner, but having an app malfunctioning this badly makes me weary especially with the lack of fixing the bigger bugs after seeing so many poor ratings for the same thing.As others have mentioned, the app continually crashes.

You know those websites where if you click through all of the color options for an item, then try to hit the back button to go back to the category page, it requires you to hit 'back' however many times you clicked on a new color, instead of just hitting 'back' one time? Yeah, now the app does this too.

5. Few credit and debit cards that I tried "can't be processed" but then payment goes through every other time but then order gets canceled.

6. Seems as if they bypassed QA testing after development and pushed straight to Prod, bugs and all lolI want to love this app and it's convenient for my coupons, point monitoring, and other account perks but I otherwise have SO many problems with it.

7. I need foundation soon and wanted to try something new and I have now spent two days making an attempt to browse those products in the app and it just keeps crashing on me.

4. Check Ulta Beauty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ulta Beauty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ulta Beauty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ulta Beauty then reinstall.
