Why should I report an Issue with YuFace: Makeup Cam, Face App?

Please enable the one-touch video recording button to continue without holding a finger while shootingIt's amazing aap pic becomes like camera pic with more makeup options must try💥🔥❤Amazing! but everytime when i download a look the download button disappears and then after a few seconds it comes back and nothing happens and if the person who is this thinks thats because of network connection, you are wrong there is no problem of network its really nice, and also so many ads.

2. A wonderful app but many adds keep popping up.... When used in a place that's not so bright,it doesn't save the pictures.... But it's a nice app anyway...Perfect. You can make small adjustments for a natural but a little more perfect you.

3. Too bad..This app is good but its very stressful because of way too much advertisements other apps are just showing all the timeI like this app so was happy to purchase it at the discounted black Friday price.

4. The video recording section in the camera section only shoots in 15-second episodes.

5. And the next point is that the thumb should be on the recording button during filming, and this makes it difficult.

6. The hair colours don't look real, just like a tint has been put on the image and they are not very strong colours and there could be more colour options.

1. Fix YuFace Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YuFace: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YuFace App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YuFace" » Open YuFace: Makeup Cam, Face App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YuFace » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YuFace: Makeup Cam, Face App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YuFace servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YuFace: Makeup Cam, Face App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YuFace app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YuFace might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YuFace. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YuFace then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YuFace not working

2. Fix YuFace Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YuFace be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YuFace not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YuFace may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
