Why should I report an Issue with PhotoStamp Camera?

1. The only fault I've found in it is so far that the stamp position on the photo changes its place now and then to be in the middle of the picture! Why?!Thank you for the time date stamp ability.

2. I can't do anything without a dumb ad popping up! I get you need to show ads for funding, which I usually don't mind, but this is excessive! Also, the date stamp gets cut off all the time and in order to change the settings to try to fix it, of course you have to watch yet another ad 🙄Samsung S10 used.

3. Also while adding those stamps to old pictures, it makes it difficult to find the next picture to stamp, they are screens away (new date vs old date).

5. See Samsung's behavior, but they dont offer time in their date stamp.This is the most aggravating app to use.

1. Fix PhotoStamp Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PhotoStamp Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PhotoStamp Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PhotoStamp Camera" » Open PhotoStamp Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PhotoStamp Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PhotoStamp Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PhotoStamp Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PhotoStamp Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PhotoStamp Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PhotoStamp Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PhotoStamp Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PhotoStamp Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PhotoStamp Camera not working

2. Fix PhotoStamp Camera Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PhotoStamp Camera be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PhotoStamp Camera not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PhotoStamp Camera may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
