1. 2: The $100/year subscription price is too steep.The functions are okay, some stuff is a little annoying but it was relatively easy to use, despite not being able to change font or color of words, it looked alright.

2. The program work great aside from that but I am moving on to another program because I don't have time to figure out how to upgrade and it should have been up front that this is free to try software with limitations.This is a great app that supplements a great web service.

3. The borders are buggy - have to switch apps to view options to change thickness, and there is no image cropping that I've seen.

4. Regardless, even if I wanted to pay I won't do so for an app that can't even manage a simple ER diagram without being unnecessarily confusing.I use the web version and love it but the app is useless.

5. The Free unsubscribed version includes a very limited number of objects (about 60, and it counts connecting lines, too).

6. I found the template easy enough, but the app tells me it is "view only" with no explanation of why or how to change it.

7. This Android app is a great addition for when you're away from the office and need to view or tweak your documents.

1. Fix Lucidchart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lucidchart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lucidchart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lucidchart" » Open Lucidchart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lucidchart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lucidchart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lucidchart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lucidchart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lucidchart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lucidchart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lucidchart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lucidchart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lucidchart not working

2. Fix Lucidchart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lucidchart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lucidchart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lucidchart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
