LogWho Customer Insights

1. The app has stop working from yesterday night.. Its been 24 hours I have paid for premium weekly subscription, but I am not getting any notifications on online and offline of the contacts.. Have sent emails which were not replied.. Very dissapointed as I felt it's waste of my money.Tool actually works! I only use it for one number so I am not managing a bunch and it seems to handle that well, not sure how it would behave with tracking multiple.

2. Please help me.Very disapointed and unsatisfied... I already paid an subscribed for premium weekly..and till now I have not got any notifications from the contacts at all..despite the fact that they are online and very much active.. I wouldn't at all recommend this to anyone looking for such apps, it does zero work...don't even think of installing, waste of time and money too😑Application is just stuck up in loading page and doesn't work anymore.

3. Only issue is I don't receive notifications somehow application stops working in the background for notification.Disappointed. Free trial was working fine as soon as I paid it stopped working, feel cheated Hi.

4. Cons: Won't include data for timings that go over the hour (ex 9:55 - 10:02 = 7 minutes aren't included), $$$ Monthy subscription, Can only monitor 3 numbers at a time 4-5 = good), Slow w/ updates.

5. Well the point of paying for the subscription is you can have 3 numbers running, and you literally can't and seems like I have to delete a number constantly and it still doesn't work.

6. I'm on weekly subscription but I get charged even before subscription ends.Pros: Mostly accurate timings (see below),90% reliable (can get glitchy),Notifications very accurate.

7. It keeps me in the loading screen and I couldn't get into the app after I paid for my subscription yesterday.

8. LogWhat doesn't even open as it's stuck in the login screen and all I can see is the LogWhat logo with a blue background.

9. Can you help with this regard?It used to work just fine until today when it stopped working all of a sudden.

10. If developer doesn't fix issue within 2 days I will cancel my subscription.

11. I really like the clock feature to see when they were on during the day, it would be nice to have some sort of export function of them.This app just shows whether the two persons you want to track or online or not but whether they are chatting to each other, it's not cleared through the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LogWho Issues

1. Fix LogWho Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LogWho: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LogWho App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LogWho" » Open LogWho - Online Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LogWho » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LogWho - Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LogWho servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LogWho - Online Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LogWho app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LogWho might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LogWho. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LogWho then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LogWho not working


2. Fix LogWho Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LogWho be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LogWho not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LogWho may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Since today LogWhat on IOS is not starting anymore. Only starting screen but that’s it. It worked until today without any problems and I was very satisfied. Can there be made an update or something, since it is not anymore in the apple App Store
