1. Your app is recording failed email input details even when it has not been successfully executed causing problems when you try to re-enter the details.It always tells me that signing up if temporary disabled, do not trust this appStay away! This app and website is not safe, you'll lose your money, scammers are everywhere even if they're supposedly verified and no one will help you .

2. Do they even use the app at all.This phone # / email issues.:- It says an email and phone number has been used and yet you are the user trying to re - enter your details again after failed first attempt.

3. 2/5 as I love the effort by Localbitcoins to get their own app, it's about time!Did work OK previously (but always had to switch domains?) but now when I open it fails to gather data (oops, failed to gather data).

Trying to use the app is just really annoying to the point you want to throw your phone against the wall.If there was anything less than one star I would have given it, it's okay on the website but in app, you can't even login, they will tell you to complete capture meanwhile they didn't provide a space for CApture.

5. We all believe in your vision LBs, so will update rating 😉 when initial rollout issues "magically" work themselves outTerrible app, Will not let you log in, times out every time you try and log in, i have now given up on this app.

6. Skipped making an account, gave error "failed to fetch data".

7. Need to fix this,failed details should not be recorded be4 confirmation of successful account registration.

8. Randomly logs out, biometrics work every now and then, issues with captchas, when searching for trade partners important information is not shown in the app.

9. (My Internet just fine, thank you.) Come on guys, get it fixed or offer solutions.So far great that you have done the app but still there is a lot of space for improvement.

1. Fix LocalBitcoins Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LocalBitcoins: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LocalBitcoins App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LocalBitcoins" » Open LocalBitcoins » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LocalBitcoins » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LocalBitcoins app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LocalBitcoins servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LocalBitcoins" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LocalBitcoins app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LocalBitcoins might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LocalBitcoins. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LocalBitcoins then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LocalBitcoins not working

2. Fix LocalBitcoins Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LocalBitcoins be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LocalBitcoins not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LocalBitcoins may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
