1. Not a happy camper here.I log in, but it keeps wanting me to select a "contact number" and "receipt method" from a drop down menu to verify my identity as part of a 2-step verification.

3. I just logged in online and my phone and email are up to date so there should be something! Completely useless app!You guys really gotta figure out why it takes so long to load everything.

10. Correct these issues and get the app working properly and I'll gladly change my review.I'm having the same issue with the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyLoanCare Issues

1. Fix MyLoanCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyLoanCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyLoanCare App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyLoanCare" » Open MyLoanCare Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyLoanCare » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyLoanCare Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyLoanCare servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyLoanCare Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyLoanCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyLoanCare might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyLoanCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyLoanCare then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyLoanCare not working


2. Fix MyLoanCare Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyLoanCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyLoanCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyLoanCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
