1. I am using Samsung mobile.App doesn't work properly since one week ,coins and spot gold prices not updating in the app as well web page error pop up populated everytime while using app.App didn't work properly, doesn't even open sometimes, have to Uninstall and install again.Not displaying gold rate from past few weeks...!! please solve it.Why the coins price is not displaying in the coins section in dp gold App since 10 days, please fix it at the earliest to solve this inconvenience so that coins prices get updated properlyPlease Bring back that chart Option in the applicationits so good pls plan for a widget so that it will be easy to check the rateNot working properly.

1. Fix dP Bullions Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart dP Bullions: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the dP Bullions App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "dP Bullions" » Open dP Bullions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for dP Bullions » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear dP Bullions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from dP Bullions servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "dP Bullions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check dP Bullions app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, dP Bullions might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall dP Bullions. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall dP Bullions then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing dP Bullions not working

2. Fix dP Bullions Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make dP Bullions be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to dP Bullions not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, dP Bullions may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
