1. thksThis app is a HUGE waste of time and money Over 90% of the calls are either recorded or no one is talking What makes it worse is that you have only 3 free calls a day and you have to pay at least 5 jems if you want a priority call and after the 3 free calls you have to pay 10 jems for each callWorst app please don't install, I have been using it almost a week and can't receive or make calls ,i have 3 times to make or receive calls but i cant even one,it's really irritating 🙄 I tried all I Uninstalled and installed again manytimes but useless .
2. As you know that you can make some income from this app but what i didn'nt know that after many months of regular income, i received a confirmation message that the money transfer has been transfered to your account:" but unfortunatly I didn't receive any thing".
3. But in real its for work (bad work) for girl so men ask girls to do bad things so they support her to get the target then she can get money.
4. Even I send mails to support team but no response 😕I signed up, pretended to be female & within 30 seconds, some guy wanted to show me his genitals.
5. Never recommended be careful.FAKE app, don't install because you CANT DELETE the account before 30 days.
6. but customer service soo... no fast care i lost my gems by cutting network... can't give 5 stars by this way soo sad for thisThe worst app ever seen .
7. So if you didn't like the app they won't let you delete the account before 30 days.
8. Or for wasted time you need to stand there hours to get the the target .
9. This is a hookup app for having sex in exchange for money.
10. Taking screenshots, posting to Facebook & all major social media sites.
11. I sent many messages to the managment team but no body answers.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SoulChill Issues
1. Fix SoulChill Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart SoulChill: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the SoulChill App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SoulChill" » Open SoulChill - Voice Chat & Party » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SoulChill » click "UPDATE".
- Clear SoulChill - Voice Chat & Party app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SoulChill servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SoulChill - Voice Chat & Party" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check SoulChill app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SoulChill might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall SoulChill. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SoulChill then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SoulChill not working
2. Fix SoulChill Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SoulChill be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SoulChill not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SoulChill may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Listen I let the first charge go when my account was charged $9.99 but now it has been 3 more times and this is just ridiculous. I want a refund for all my money that was taken or I will be reporting you to better business bureau, The FBI and state authority office of commerce. I went through this process before with a company and ended up winning a lot more money in the end. So I suggest you just return my money. I was charged $9.99 3x back to back to back all on same day which was Aug 31, 2022. Then I have my mortgage rent deposited in my account so I could pay it and the moment I deposit it I instantly get charged $49.99 now that’s just ridiculous and that’s fraud and theft. I demand my money back and answers within next 12 hours or I will push forward.

I dont know who you people are and most importantly, i dont care! What i do care about is someone stealing from me! I work to damb hard for someone to hide behind a fucking computer and invade my privacy and steal 125.12$!! How you managed to do it, i dont give a rats ass. I dont have the time to also list all the declined attempts you made to my card, and Cash App just got their ass chewed because they paid you after declining so many attempts. Id like to give you the opportunity to explain how and or why you stole from me before contacting my State Attorney General, State Representative and Congressman. If I've not heard back and my money returned within 6 hrs, a screenshot of this email along with all other evidence will be sent to the above listed and the the FBI, and the Dept. of Justice so that they can find you and get my money back along with whatever else suchbas penalties, interest and pain and suffering.
