1. The only problem i have with it is that, the topics are not organized, imagine noting down every details per lesson, then you move to another module only for you to see that you haven't finished everything under the topic, what i am trying to say is that can you please organize the topics well( detailed) so we won't have to see a part 2 or 3 Elsewhere.I have been using duolingo and other apps, but this is by far the best.
2. (When I left out the second "ー" in "アイスコーヒー"(iced coffee) in a recent answer, it marked the first one and I had to look closely to notice what the actual error was) (I can send a screenshot if it helps)I personally am taking Korean classes with a private tutor once a week, and it helps me get good practice in since I have no one to do so with throughout the week.
3. I appreciate the notes provided in each section to help break down an understanding of particles and certain words. This app is really great, i like the fact that it explains the key words in every lesson, i have tried so many apps, but this stands out.
4. But there are so many errors that don't get fixed even when reported (e.g. you get the response wrong because the correct response is not an available option to choose) that I sometimes worry if I'm learning incorrect information. So far I'm loving the app, it clearly explains everything that you're learning and uses pictures for immersion.
5. I love LingoDeer! I am motivated by it! (Note-as of 2022, I wouldn't recommend Duolingo for learning Korean after you get the characters sounds.
6. My estimate is that I practice a given new concept 10x more with Lingodeer than Duolingo, and for me it is really 'sticking', which I can't say about Duolingo.Update Current updates have vastly improved my experience.
7. So I tried Lingodeer, and have been really impressed with how it gets me to practice (a lot) without feeling bored, and how it builds layer on layer so I retain the concepts.
8. There are lots of opportunities to get further explanation into newly introduced words or phrases that help with new jumps in learning.
9. When the type-in answers are marked wrong the window that shows the right answer doesn't highlight the actual part of the sentence I got wrong.
10. Similar to Duolingo.I finished Duolingo, but was frustrated with it because I felt like they had so often moved on before I really knew and could remember each concept.
11. Also, I would love for speaking bits to be mixed into lessons more. This is an excellent language app so far.
Please cancel my subscription on LingoDeer's Website, thanks.
