1. Your tracks and waypoints are displayed over the (optional) background of a Google Map, either the default road map or a satellite image. * Connect tracks to form 3-way and 4-way junctions, with the same coordinates in each track that meets at the junction point, to establish the topology of a network of tracks. * Eliminate superfluous trackpoints, with the option of preserving junction points against elimination. * Take the average of 2-5 tracks, to even out the errors, or, for example, to establish a street's center line from tracks for the sidewalks on either side of the street. * View the results of averaging or reducing tracks, before accepting the results.
2. Make your own trail maps, using your tablet or smartphone.
3. Clean up your track data, manually and/or automatically.
4. Use your trail map for navigation, with or without an Internet connection.
5. Documentation is available via the thorough help system within the app.
1. Please add time info if possible.Edit gpx (a) In segment delete each segment by touching the track where it is to be modified carefully (because undo is not available?) (b) Now we have to create way points, touch and hold on nearest waypoint upto which road is straight from track where to build modified segement, "create a waypoint" pop up screen comes select (ii) at where you pressed on map (C) now touch on the segment from where track is to be built and now touch the nearest way point created , now the J becomes selective. It's almost there!.
2. I'll revisit this app when this fundamental issue is sorted, I'm uninstalling for now, sadly. The autosave is really anoying! No way to prevent it! (the only workaround is to use O+ and then save as after i do want to save) New version fails to open any files unless i switch file dialog to "android" (which is inconvenient).
3. This behavior is not documented and there is no way inexperienced users will be able to discover this on their own.Unusable. I understand the limits on screen space on a mobile device - but this is unusable.
4. The old version did work properly with its own file open dialogNot super easy to use, but I figured it out and it did the job.
5. Take a look at how literally any other app handles offering controls to a user (dropdown menus, contextual buttons, etc) now do that.Great powerful little app.
6. There doesn't appear to be another tool available that can do this! Not user friendly, you have to study and really learn the manual in order to do anything.
7. I hope this gets sorted soon.Great little tool for tidying up tracks where there are clear gps errors.
8. EDIT: The app will display button labels properly only after reducing display size to a horrendously small amount.
9. Used it mostly to join and patch tracks or to remove the car drive away after I forgot to turn off my tracking program.
10. The author could look at Wtracks (the online editor, not an app unfortunately) for a simple, user-friendly UI.
11. Whoever thought that it was a good idea to leave out the button names should quit app development.
